According to the plan for the second batch of Zhejiang manufacturing group standard formulation in Zhejiang Brand Building Association, the R&D Technology Center organized relevant departments and experts to hold a seminar on standards of “Handheld Hair Dryer” and “Rotary Electric Shaver” on May 31, 2018. The standard was solicited opinions to form a review draft; on July 31, 2018, the R&D Technology Center organized experts to hold two review meetings for group standards in Hangzhou; two group standards were released in the official website of Zhejiang brand building association on August 8, 2018. the ITS auditor proceeded the auditing of our company on August 25 and 26, 2018. our company obtained the product certification and report of Handheld Hair Dryer and "Rotary Electric Shaver" on September 12, 2018. " after the factory was qualified.
2. Established electric toothbrush project team
According to the expansion needs, the company established the electric toothbrush project team in April 2018. The project leader Fang Zhirong is responsible for the progress of the whole project. From May to August, Li Yang was responsible for the industrial design of the marketing department. Electronic engineer Qiu Hualin was responsible for the circuit design. The engineers of the R&D department Chen Xiaoguang and Chen Xiaojian were responsible for the structural design, mold design and confirmation the suppliers of relevant parts. A 100sets of trial production were carried out in September. 1,000 sets of trial production in October. And 10,000 sets mass production in December.
3, Establish electric iron, garment steamer, humidifier project team
According to the expansion needs, the company added new electrical iron, garment steamer and humidifier project team in June 2018. In July, the R&D department, the Quality Department and the Standardization Commissioner jointly completed the internal quality standards for electric irons and garment steamer. In August, SID visited the suppliers one by one and selected the preferred and alternative suppliers that meet the requirements of Superhuman Technology Co., Ltd.. The electric iron project has been preferred to cooperate with Cixi Sanlian Household Appliances Co., Ltd., and two products have been selected by the marketing department and entered the stage of trial production and type testing. Garment steamer project has preferred Yuntian Electric Co., Ltd.'s new double-bar garment steamer. According to the requirements of Superhuman Technology Marketing Department, the R&D department communicates with Yuntian Electric. The modified double-bar ironing machine is now entering the prototype stage, and the design style is approved by SID Marketing Department. The electric iron and garment steamer is expected to be mass production after March 2019.
4, 2018 "Super extraordinary core pilot" dealer summit
Zhejiang Superhuman Technology Co., Ltd. held the largest, most extensive and strongest marketing conference since its establishment on August 18, 2018. The conference attracted nearly 400 dealers and suppliers, and invited the dean of Zhejiang University School of Economics., the Secretary General of the Household Appliances Association, and the brand promotion experts shared and disseminated the concepts of marketization, financial knowledge, and new retail. The chairman, marketing director and marketing manager of Zhejiang Superhuman Technology Co., Ltd. together showed their strategic plans for the next three to five years. On August 19th, each strategic partner went to Europe, Thailand, and Hengdian for on-the-spot investigation. The management team of SID accompanied the whole process and studied with dealer partners. On August 20th, the Hengdian delegation team returned one after another; on August 27th, the Thai delegation team returned, and on August 30th, the European delegation team returned. The conference came to a satisfactory close and all dealers returned safely. All dealers responded strongly to this conference and had a more intuitive understanding of the vitality and brand strength of new superhuman.
This is the milestone and epitome of Superhuman's development in the past 36 years. This is a small step for the Superhuman team and a major step for Zhejiang Superhuman Technology Co., Ltd.
